Overview
This four day course is designed for those who wish to have a greater awareness of their personal and professional development. The style of this event is highly participative whereby participants will be encouraged to take responsibility for their own learning. There will be a balance of theory and practical work, with much of the learning taking place within tutor led home groups. The home groups are introduced to allow time for individual reflection and for participants to support each other.

Content
For those who want to identify and review their personal and professional achievements and wish to develop alternative approaches to life for increased personal effectiveness.

Through trainer input, practical exercises and home groups, participants will cover: * Overview of Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) * Verification of personality type * Creating a map of their personal and professional life * Managing personal change * Assertive behaviour and behavioural choices * Building confidence and developing self-esteem * Setting goals for life and work
